On May 9, 2013 the JPA Board voted to combine the Finance and Risk Management Committees into one committee to oversee the JPA. Committee Meetings are regularly scheduled to meet the second Thursday in the month prior to the JPA Board Meetings. Current bylaws state the committee will be composed of at least 9 members as follows:

Alpine and Amador Counties: 2 representatives

Calaveras County: 3 representatives

Tuolumne County: 4 representatives
